大作文审题之——立场

Agree, Disagree or Partly Agree (Disagree)

之前几周艾玛老师跟大家分享了雅思写作Task1的写作要求和评分标准。本周的［周五写作］就来跟大家讨论一下Task2的部分。首先，重中之重，审题过后的立场表明。大家知道在Task1和Task2都要有introduction的部分，也就是开头段，与Task1不同的是在Task2的开头段，考生不仅要对题目进行一个改写，还需要给出自己的立场。通常来讲观点类题目的问法有这么几种：

Do you agree or disagree?

To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Do you think it is a positive or negativedevelopment?

Do you think the advantagesoutweigh the disadvantages?

我们重点讨论前两种的区别：

1. 如果你完全同意或者不同意这个观点

•  Make your opinion clear in the introduction and conclusion.

•     在开头的introduction和结尾的conclusion的部分要表明自己的立场

•     Explain one reason for your opinion in paragraph 2 and another in paragraph 3. Imagine that you are persuading the examiner that your opinion is right.

•     在主体段第一段和第二段分别给出自己的两个观点，类似于你在说服考官相信你的观点是对的。

•     Don't write a paragraph about what 'other people' think. If you do that, you are in danger of writing a "discuss both views" essay. If you mention the opposite argument, make sure that you refute it (explain why you think it's wrong)

•     不要在主体段里写“other people”的观点，因为那样无异于写成了“discuss both views”的文章；如果提到对立的观点，一定要进行反驳。

•  If you partly agree:如果你部分同意

•   Make it clear in the introduction and conclusion that you have a balanced view i.e. that you accept both sides of the argument to some extent.

•      在开头的introduction和结尾的conclusion部分表明清楚某些程度上同意两方观点的一部分。

•      Write one paragraph about each side of the argument. But do this from your point of view e.g. On the one hand, I accept that... / On the other hand, I also believe that...

•      在主体段每段写一方的观点。但是应该是来自自己的观点，例如：On the one hand, I accept that... / On the other hand, I also believe that...

•      Don't write a discussion essay e.g. some people believe / other people argue...

•        不要写讨论段，切忌不要写诸如“some people believe”…”other people argue”这种话
